Making an Order

How do I place an order?

Please visit our individual box or subscription shop pages to browse and order a numberbundle.

How do I pay?

You can pay via credit/debit card or paypal once you hit the 'checkout' button. You'll pay for your first box when you sign up, and will then be charged on the 10th of every month thereafter. 

Can I choose what boxes I receive?

No, the boxes are delivered in a specific sequence in order to ensure that we cover all topics in the National Curriculum. You can check which box is being sold for your child's school year group by looking on the shop page.

Can I buy one-off boxes?

There are a selection of boxes available for one-off purchases, primarily for gifts.

Where do you deliver? 

We deliver across the UK via Royal Mail. For international deliveries, there will be an additional overseas shipping cost. Send us an email with your address and we will send you a quotation.

How much does delivery cost?

£2.80 within the UK. For international deliveries, please send us an email with your delivery address and we will send you a quotation. 

When will I get my first box?

Boxes are shipped out on the 28th of each month.

Do I need to be in to receive my box?

No. If you designate a 'safe place', we will inform the post office accordingly. Otherwise, they will leave you a note and let you know when to collect it. 

I haven't received my box yet, what should I do?

Your box will be in the post by the 28th of the current month. If you haven't received it within a week then please contact us and we will track it down for you.
